Privacy notice
Who we are
AIAgents Chicago (aiagents-chicago.com) is a service of Media Express LLC, Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056. You can reach us at 773-800-1520.
What we collect
What you type into the request form (name, email, phone, company, the topics and answers you choose, your message), files you attach, and the technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, referring page) which we use to deliver the request and to block spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your request and, if you ask, to prepare a scope, and to see which parts of this page work. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who sees it
The Media Express team. Requests travel by email through our hosting provider and a private copy is kept on our server. Attached files are stored privately and opened only through signed links. Google Analytics (Google LLC) receives anonymized usage data: page views and clicks, never what you type into the form.
Cookies and storage
This page uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*), anonymizes IP addresses, keeps Google advertising features off and removes query strings from the page address it reports. Analytics stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. The form also keeps a draft of your answers in your browser session storage until you close the tab, and you can clear it at any time.
Free tools
The calculators, planners and audit under /tools/ run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us. To remember your progress they keep a small record in your browser local storage (your results, the tools you opened, your streak and your card theme), and you remove it by clearing this site data. The share buttons and the card download act only when you click them, and the card is drawn on your own device. The box that asks to be told when a new tool is live sends only the email address you type, with your consent, and we use it only for that.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer you and to keep our business records. Ask us to delete your request at any time and we will.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data by calling 773-800-1520 or writing to our email.
